By accessing the SpeedyNodes gateway, dashboard or any RPC endpoint, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
SpeedyNodes provides shared and dedicated blockchain RPC endpoints across supported networks. Rate limits, throughput and feature set are defined by your active plan as listed on the pricing page.
You may not use SpeedyNodes to facilitate illegal activity, attack third-party infrastructure, scrape competitor data at scale, or relay traffic on behalf of other RPC providers. We reserve the right to throttle or terminate keys that breach this clause. See our Acceptable Use Policy for specifics.
SpeedyNodes never holds, signs for, or has access to your private keys, wallets or on-chain assets. We relay JSON-RPC traffic only.
Shared plans target 99.9% monthly uptime on a best-effort basis. Formal SLAs with credit remedies are available on Apex, Dedicated and Enterprise plans — contact us for the SLA document.
Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. Unused time on cancellation is non-refundable except where required by law.
Either party may terminate at any time. We may suspend access immediately for breach of these Terms or to protect the network.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SpeedyNodes is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, including loss of profit, MEV opportunity or on-chain funds.
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced via email and in the dashboard at least 14 days before taking effect.
